Our full coffee bar runs daily from 8–10 with specialty coffees available à la carte — and on weekends, we add a few extra breakfast dishes if you feel like lingering a little longer.
12 Years of the Babylon
It’s hard to believe it’s been 12 years since Alex moved the log house to where it now sits — tucked into the back corner of the gardens.
Originally from Babylon Road in South Bay (where the name comes from), it was fully disassembled, catalogued, repaired, and carefully rebuilt — piece by piece — with a new kitchen addition layered in.
What started as a plan for a private residence quickly revealed itself to be something else.
Something meant to be shared.
There’s a kind of magic to the Babylon that people feel right away — and over the years, she’s held a lot.
